RV Sites at Bluebonnet Ridge
All of Bluebonnet Ridge’s 90 spacious, full hook-up RV sites offer a minimum 33 foot width, 20/30/50 amp electrical service, water and sewer, concrete patio with picnic table and shade tree.
Our 90 foot long pull-thru sites will accommodate the largest rigs without having to unhook! Motorhome guests can select one of our relaxing 60 foot deep head-in sites located along our beautiful, stocked 5.5 acre catch-and-release fishing lake.

- Any rig 10 or more years old must be approved by management prior to arrival.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
- No tent camping or FEMA rigs. All rigs must be fully self-contained.
- Maximum of 2 pets.
- Overnight sites now have 15’ x 50’ concrete pads for your rig
Daily Rates

- $3.00 for each additional person
- Two persons maximum occupancy for individuals

- 10% discount for Good Sam, TACO, or FMCA
- 15% discount for Escapees
- 20% discount for active duty or retired US military

- Back-in Sites – $615.00 plus electricity
- Lakeside Sites – $615.00 plus electricity
- Premium Lakeside Sites – $715.00 plus electricity (100-amp sites for tiny homes, 14×20 concrete slab; 3 sites)
- Pull-Thru Sites – $635.00 plus electricity
- Call us for availability on Paved Pull thru Sites – $715.00 a month plus electricity on a short term/space available/limited basis.
- Monthly reservations require a $250 pre-payment, which is non-refundable if the guest cancels.
- Monthly stays are not prorated. Guests are charged the full monthly rate through checkout, or may switch to a daily or weekly rate for the remaining time; there are no partial refunds for early departure.
- Metered electricity is charged at prevailing rate for actual usage.
- $100.00 refundable Electric Deposit is required on arrival, not security deposit.
- Monthly rates are for 1 or 2 persons.
- $50.00 for each additional person.
- Two persons maximum occupancy for individuals.
- Four persons maximum occupancy for families.
- Pop-up units not allowed on monthly basis.
Retreat Park Model Pricing
We currently have a limited number of retreat park model sites available for new tiny home placements. Standard retreat sites are offered on a limited basis. Please call our office for current availability and pricing.
At this time, both premium “super sites” are occupied with long-term park model homes, and availability for those sites is not expected to change in the foreseeable future. Please call our office for updates.

Minimum Stay for holiday and Canton First Monday weekends:
- 2 night minimum stay is required for all holiday and Canton First Monday weekends. Reservations made more than 72 hours before arrival date:
- A deposit of one night’s stay will be charged. Reservations made less than 72 hours before arrival date:
- Full, non-refundable, payment is due, at the time of reservation.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Online reservations:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival: full refund of your deposit, minus a $10 cancellation charge. The $3.50 reservation fee is non-refundable ($13.50 total non-refundable).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival, and no-shows: no refund. The full amount of the stay will be charged.
Early Departures
Early departures are not eligible for a refund, no matter the reason.
